Returns and Exchanges
Returns with an Original Sales Receipt:
- Items may be returned for any other reason within 30 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or refund based on the original form of payment.
Returns without an original sales receipt:
- Refunds are based on the current selling price.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:
- Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
- Unopened items may be returned for any other reason within 30 days after the invoice date for a product exchange or refund based on the original form of payment.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible.
- Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason why.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if you'd like an exchange. Exchanges can only be for a product of the same value. The exchanged order will be sent to you free of shipping charges.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
- Due to health reasons the product MUST BE unopened in the original packaging.
